Cindy Song, LCSW
As a queer, neurodivergent, first-generation, first-born immigrant daughter, I know firsthand how hard it can be to ask for help, and how much therapy can change a life. My approach is person-centered and integrative: together, we gently uncover the root of what you’re holding, so that you can bloom into your most authentic self.
Elvin Philpot, M.S.
Elvin Philpot is a master’s-level clinician and Army veteran who works with adults navigating trauma, identity, life transitions, and the pressure to always appear “fine.” He knows firsthand what it means to carry a lot while feeling like you have to hold it all together, and he treats every client’s decision to seek help as an act of courage that deserves respect.
Elvin works with adults of all races, genders, sexualities, and backgrounds, and he is proudly LGBTQ+ affirming. In his sessions, clients never have to explain or shrink who they are. He draws on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand the different parts of themselves, make sense of what they’ve been carrying, and build skills that hold up in everyday life.
He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Troy University and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Elvin sees clients in person in Decatur and by telehealth across Georgia.
