Individual Therapy · $180
50 to 60 minute sessions. My work draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, DBT, RO-DBT, and CBT. Rather than following a single method, I weave these together to meet you where you are and support your unique healing journey.
Couples & Family Therapy · $225
50 to 60 minute sessions. Together, we focus on opening healthy channels of communication and building the tools to find connection and steadiness, even within the most complex or overwhelming family dynamics.
